About

You and I

You and I most likely share a similar story. You’ve probably noticed how pastors, creatives, and leaders always have the weirdest connections that bring us together.  You can guess the major things: a love for Jesus, a passion for His church, a desire to grow, and a love of life.  Then there’s other passions: a love of bow hunting, watching world class soccer, and oh ya Boomer Sooner! And then there’s our life experiences: playing the trumpet growing up, debating across the country, teaching junior high Sunday School, raising a daughter, etc. Our stories connect somewhere, and finding out where is a lot of the fun in life.

So, Why Blog?

Because I’m like you… I forget a lot of things. Honestly, I’m blogging so I have a place to journal ideas worth remembering. Primarily these ideas are an overflow from working with churches, pastors, and creatives.  So you’re more than welcome to drop by my journal whenever, and I’d love to connect with you and hear your ideas. I really only post when I have some extra time and an idea worth remembering, which is about once a week.  I’d recommend you start here to see how I might be able to add value to your work.
