Sometimes creating becomes boring, mundane, micromanaged, routine and exhausting. Interestingly, creatives can be some of the most predictable people in the workplace. Unfortunately too many of us go through a year doing the same things day in and day out. That’s one of the reasons why we came up with Epic10. We saw it as a way to get designers together for a day and do something that would be memorable (and productive) for everyone. In the process it’s great to see people connect, share resources, and stretch one another. In most cases we walk away refreshed and energized, even though we’ve just designed for 10 hours straight.
